Refund Policy

1. Workshop and Class Refunds
Our refund policy for workshops and classes is designed to be fair to both our students and instructors:
- Full refund available up to 48 hours before the scheduled class
- 50% refund available between 24-48 hours before the class
- No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before the class
- In case of class cancellation by Livaxo, full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
2. Custom Order Refunds
For custom orders and commissions:
- Deposit (50%) is non-refundable once work has begun
- Full refund of deposit available if cancellation occurs before work begins
- Final payment is due upon completion and is non-refundable
- Refunds for damaged items during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide your order/booking reference number
- State the reason for your refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
4. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy in cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Technical issues preventing class participation
Important Note
All refund requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria or are made in bad faith.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate (if requested)
